What Causes Swelling Under Eyes That Reduces On Fasting And Exercising?

Sir, Since last few month I noticed swelling type changes below my both eyes. It is absolutely painless. Also noticed whenever I took fast or doing little bit more exercise for 3/4 days it reduces. May I request your kindness to tell me the probable cause for it and the remady.

these are loose a depose tissue. facial edema manifests easily. it is possible you have to exclude diabetes may be related to diabetics. food con troll and exercise reduces sugar. this is one probability.
