What Causes Swelling Under The Arm?

hello im jane , i have huge swelling in upper part of inside arm which seems inside it aches qiute a lot and feels heavy , i have had it for several years and now aches all the time thankyou my age is 62 5foot tall and over weight 12 stone but losing it now thankyou
