What Causes Swelling Under The Clitoris Along With Pelvic Pain Post Intercourse?

One day i after a guy came twice inside of me i used Plan B a while later i took my birth control the same night.I felt swollen but never looked. Two days later i had sex with my partner again. That same day i check my vagina and it was swollen right under my clitoris. I mean its huge amd when pressure is applied i get a pain. I also had pelvic pains these same days including now wich is the day after. Please let me know your concerns. What is this?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
It is proper what you have done by taking an emergency contraceptive pill like Plan B after intercourse, which would help you to prevent unwanted or accidental pregnancy. Kindly continue with your regular birth control pills also as you are advised to take.
You need to get breakthrough bleeding within 3 weeks from the day of intake of Plan B.
Swelling under the clitoris and pelvic pain what you are experiencing could be due to local reaction as a result of excess mechanical pressure caused by increased frequency of intercourse.
Kindly do the following to overcome the same.
1. Wash the area with cold water and mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. After drying, apply Hydrocortisone cream over the swollen areas.
3. Wear loose fitting undergarments and abstain from sexual activities till the lesions heal completely.
