What Causes Swelling With Fluid In Brain With Numbness In Leg?

i recently had an mri scan have had problems with swelling and fluid behind left eay in posterior my scan showed up 2 small white matters and a large white shadow right on the edge over left side of brain , they want to do mri of spine and further tests to find out what it is i have allso had loss of sensation numbness on the top of my left leg and sometimes when i walk lose my balance and tend to falter to the left please help i am worried sick
