What Causes Swelling With Pain And Itching On Lower Legs?

For the last several weeks, i ve noticed my lower legs are swollen, skin is itchy, particularly when I bathe, skin on shin and just above ankles is scaly white, and have some little sharp pains in those areas. I am presently applying a 1% hydrocortisone cream twice a day. Just started yesterday.

Hello,
I can underatand your concern.
You seem to be having dermatitis. Use a moisturising lotion over the area. Continue using tje steroid gel for one week . this should be sufficient. So get back to us if problem persists. Thanks for choosing HCM
