What Causes Swelling,numbness,tingling In Toes?

I sprained my ankle a well ago at work, and it still hurts with swelling, numbness, tingling in my toes as well as pain in the underside of my foot, with a lit of muscle spasms. I went into the hospital x rays showed nothing broken but stl can t really walk or turn my foot side to side. I ice it, massage it but it still won t go away is there anything I can try our should I go to another Dr

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. You should get a physical examination by an orthopedician and a repeated X ray may be in different projection to rule out fracture. If no fracture then it can be strain or sprain which can be managed by immobilisation for short period. NSAIDs like ketoprofen and seratiopeptidase will be helpful in relieving pain and swelling.
