What Causes Swelling,redness And Itching In Vagina?

The right side and only the right side of my vagina is swollen, red, itchy and dry. The skin is flaky. But only the right side. I have eczema in a lot of places on my body so I think that might be what it is because it doesn't go away. It's been here for months and i had it for a while before, they said it was a reaction to something and it eventually went away with cream but that cream isn't working and its the same thing... What is it?
