What Causes Swollen And Painful Clitoris?

I m having Swollen and painful clitoris. I 1st thought it s a boil but the whole thing is swollen I think I can feel a vein toward the top, there are small white spot but very small It feels like a water boil but it s red and I can t even sit ur stand it hurts

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Swelling of clitoris can occur due to infection like bacterial or fungal.
Bacterial infection is characterized by formation of boil or pus collection.
Swelling can occur due to fungal infection.
Topical application of anti-fungal cream may be helpful.
If topical application of anti-fungal ointment is not helpful, you may need to consult your gynecologist.
Till the time infection is present, avoid unprotected sex.
