What Causes Swollen And Painful Foot With History Of Toe Fracture?

hi this is ankita from allahabad
all of a sudden from yesterday m having swelling on both my feet up till tarsals when i press my nail bed n relive it, it pains a lot n while walking i feel pain in my sole is this pain due to swelling
i wud like to tell u that m a carrier of hepatitis B n had a fracture in 3rd toe phalange of right leg in the month of April and yes on 5th of this month got hurt on the same place
plz help
