Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain it the sensitive and swollen gums along with bleeding of gums are as a result of inflammation of the gums known as "GINGIVITIS".
Gingivitis most commonly occurs due to a poor oral hygiene leading to deposition of plaque and calculus over the teeth leading to infection caused by bacteria and causing the above explained symptoms..

I would suggest you to consult a dentist and get a professional cleaning of the teeth and gums done along with antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole for oral intake..
Topical application of gum paint and antimicrobial ointments can help..
Do gargles with warm saline as well as alcohol free mouthwash..
Take a Vitamin C suppliment daily as it improves the gum health..

The burning feeling of the palate can be due to some chemical burns like using some concentrated gargle solutions or something else, smoking cigeratte, alcohol, allergic reaction to certain food or medication etc..

You should avoid hot and spicy food and sucking on ice pops and gargles with cold water can help..

Application of steroid based oral creams can help..

Hope this information helps..
