What Causes Swollen Ankle And Difficulty In Walking?

hi my feet esp my ankles are awlays swollen especiall if I stand for 30min to 1hr....I am 323lb i have tired everything to loose.... when I walk I cannot even to one block...my feet hurt like crazy... I drive just to go around the corner. I know i could be my weight that my feet hurt but is it a sign for something else
