What Causes Swollen Ankles And Toes Post Accident?

I was in an accident yesterday afternoon. My husband and I declined going to the hospital. We re a little bruised up but fine. My ankles and toes are now swollen and have been a majority of today. We ve also been on vacation and have walked at Disney World the past four days. I m hoping the swelling is from all the walking ive done and nothing major from the accident...?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the case of accident then care need to be taken for serious injury, late consequences of injury like internal bleeding, and of course fracture it is most advisable to see the doctor till then swelling can be managed with Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
