What Causes Swollen Ankles And Urge Incontinence?

I started out on 160 mg of valsartan and my primary care Dr increases it to 320mg. I tell her that I don t feel well taking this amount my body aches and I feel tired all of the time. I have the urge to urinate but I don t urinate as much as before. My feet and ankles are swollen. I was told that it was no problem that I should elevate my legs and wear those tight stockings. I am 76 years old with high blood pressure ,some heart problems, a little ever weight, high cholesterol ,itpand had surgery 7 years ago for subdural hematoma. I don t feel that my doctor listens to me. I have been with her for 26 years. I think I need to change doctors but don t know how to begin.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

I am sorry that you feel that your doctor is not listening to you. If you wish to change doctors you can check sites such as healthgrades.com or wedmd physician directory to find doctors in your area.

These sites would also give you the ratings on the doctors as well.

I hope this helps
