What Causes Swollen Ankles While Having Parkinson's Disease?

hi im 58 yrs old i have parkinsons disease in the early stages for which i'm taking medication .recently my ankles are always nightly a bit swollen and i have brownish freckles at the base of my toes and lower legs is this anything to be concerned about.
