What Causes Swollen Arms And Mild Headache After A Methamphetamine Shot?

I injected meth in left are with no complications. After a few minutes both arms, my abdomen down to thighs started to get swollen and squishy like I was retaining fluid. Injection site is 100% ok. Just the usual small red dots where needle went in. I have some random pains all over. No pain is super intense, I got dizzy only once when I stood up quickly when I had been laying down for over an hour. I slept over 8 hours in the last 24hrs. And have eaten 3 times in the last 48 hours. (No fatty, greasy, sugary Foods.) I have an on and off low-key headache. And my feet &I hands are cold but not numb really, maybe the tinest bit nimb on left big toe. This is also because it s very cold where I live and I have no heater. Skin is a bit blotchy in some areas and I m tired. Advice? Swollen arms and abdomen has happened before but usually only arms when I shoot in right arm. This is first time it happens when doing left and also I feel the worst now.
