What Causes Swollen Black Eye Along With Blurred Vision?

Have a black right eye! Swelling around the eye, around the brige of my nose and cheek. I also have numbness around the eye, nose and top lip.... very painful to blow my nose causing pain in sinus and front tooth!! Slight blury vision and painful to look down by moving my eye!

take x-ray to exclude bony injury like fracture vomer of bridge of nose. apply cold compression black eye is self limiting and it will subside by its own get eye examined by eye doctor ent doctor to check nose and dental checkup done
