What Causes Swollen Bruise On The Upper Body Of An Infant?

Hi, Ive noticed a swollen bruise on the right upper side of my 3months old son. It doesnt hurt him at all, and he does not appear sick or anything. I am with him 24/7 and I do not see what could have cause this. It has been 3 days now and it doesnt seem to go away like a normal bruise. What could it be ?

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with painless bruise at the right upper arm of your baby that does not resolve I will suggest what is the colour of the bruise? I am suspecting a birth mark( a benign tumor)

In view of this please see a paediatric dermatologist specialist for expert clinical assessment and adequate management

I hope this helps Regards
