What Causes Swollen Bump On Labia?

I have a question. I have a pimple like bump on my labia. It hurts like crazy. I don't see a place where i got bit. It looks like a big pimple but I dont know. Its read and swollen and hurts really bad. Do you know what it might can be and what I could do for it.

Based on the facts of your query,you seem to have Boil of the labial hairs,presentiing as big red painful bump on labia.
Its due to furunclulitis of the hair follicle of the labia majora.
Remedy-
Cold compress
Tab Motrin
Tab Amoxycillinx 5 days.
Surgeons opinion if does not respond,and would need surgical treatment by Incision and Drainage.
