What Causes Swollen Bump With Pus Formation?

Hi there, I have stretched lobes and theyre fully healed but today when i took out my normal plugs there was a bump and it was swollen and pus came out of it, i think. i couldnt really tell. and i just washed them so i wasnt sure if it was water still in my lobe or pus.

Hi,
You may have an infected ear lobe. This needs treating with antibiotics. Therefore, I suggest you see you doctor for confirmation. Topical antibiotics cream would be first line treatment. Keep the area clean and dry. Avoid putting the plug back in until fully healed.
