What Causes Swollen Bumps Around Vagina And Urethra?

i woke up with with what seemed like swollen bumps around my vagina and uretha. I'm not or have ever been sexually active. When i took a closer look they look like small bumps on my labia in in the inside more so, and some had black spots on them. It hurt to walk. I'm scared.
