What Causes Swollen Calves And Ankles Along With Red Pimple Marks?

Hi, I have been working long hours with no breaks, 15 hrs or more and not mobile, I have arrived home this evening my calves and ankles are tender to touch, swollen and then I noticed little red pimple marks, could you please explain what this could be?

I really appreciate your concern, from the history given here it is the obvious occupation hazard and it is most advisable to change the position and posture during work hours else it is not wise to treat the condition because underlying cause would be remain as it is else NSAID can be tried "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
