What Causes Swollen Cervix After Unprotected Sex When Missed One Depo Shot?

I was on the depo shot but my insurance got shut off so I missed my appt two weeks ago. I did have unprotected sex with my boyfriend and the doctors said I should be spotting like a period since i missed the shot but I havnt at all and I've been leaking clear fluids. I'm also worried because my cervix feels swollen on the right side when I checked it I bled bright red blood for that moment and woke up with a cramp for most of the day. I have been sick with the flu past two weeks got over that then got a fever and now my ear hurts really really bag. can this just be missing the shot messing with my body? I don't have insurance yet so I can't go get checked out. im all types of messed up :/ please let nee knew any info you can think of.

I really appreciate your concern, you have taken hormone treatment cervix is very fragile part of uterus and highly sensitive to hormone changes, as you been on hormone treatment that might be the cause of cervix changes and this is just nothing to take with your unprotected coitus, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
