Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain the
swollen cheek and pain in ear, throat and tongue along with difficulty in biting down, all seems to be related to either inflammation in gums around the wisdom tooth due to infection or trauma by opposing tooth leading to swelling and pain or it can be due to deep infection in any other tooth involving the nerves and the infection can lead to
abscess formation and at times the pus may perforate the bone and get deposited into the soft tissues causing swelling ..
You should
consult a dentist and get evaluated and get an IOPAR [ X-RAY] done to rule out the exact cause of the swelling and get treated accordingly..
As of now you can take Ultram[Tramadol] 50 mg 4 times a day for pain and do
cold compresses over swelling..
Hope this information helps..
