What Causes Swollen Cheeks And Itching Sensation In Stomach?

I have swollen checks, puffiness throughout body and ear, skin, neck, stomach feel itchy. I haven t eaten anything that is new. I did have strawberries and canteloup for yesterday. I took a Benadryl last night, but woke up feeling the same. Is there something over the counter I can take? What could it be?
