First step in controlling the allergy is to control the allergen exposure, so I would advise you to contact your doctor and discuss what can be the possible causes of allergy in your case and then you have to get rid of the cause of allergy. secondly you can take an allergy course in which the allergy center might get some tests done and give you allergy vaccine which might help your get better control over allergy. Steroid are an option of control allergy but in diabetics they are usually given with caution as they disturb the control of blood sugars.Till you don t visit your doctor i would suggest you try not to miss your anti allergic.
