What Causes Swollen Eyes With Dizzy Spells?

I always have swollen eyes and recently I have been experiencing this heavy feeling very behind my eyes and I feel like I might just lose my balance or have a fainting spell. Buy I see clearly. I just want to know what is wrong because the feeling doesn t go even with rest.

Hi.

I would recommend some basic blood tests, along with a blood glucose profile, blood pressure monitoring and also an MRI brain if your doctor agrees to it too. An opthalmologist consultation should also be considered. I am unsure what it could be at this point, but there are a few conditions that can cause such a presentation that are not really related to the eyes directly and a few that are. We need to work through all those to find the cause. It could be a migraine headache, sinus infection, hypoglycemia, hypertension, etc.
