What Causes Swollen Face Post Masturbation?

Hello, Im a 22 year old male and ive noticed over the past 2 years now that my face starts to swell up terribly after masturbation. The swelling appears mostly in the face and neck region and can last for hours, or even days respectively. People have told me i look swollen which is why im now turning to you for medical advice.
