As per your query you have symptoms of swollen face while on Isosorbide and Zyrtec Pantoprazole which seems to be due to allergic reaction of body. Swelling of face is first and foremost symptom in that case.
Need not to worry. You should take antihistamine medication such as Claritin. You can take potent steroid such as Prednisone along with this for faster relief.
- Apply cold compresses on face.
If symptoms keeps on persisting visit general physician once and get complete examination done. Doctor may refer you to allergy specialist as well. Start treatment after thorough examination.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
