I have swollen feet not ankles,It hard to walk to the bathroom in the early hours, I have swollen and stiffness in my hands like I have arthritic are something my fingers get stuck I have to litterly straighten them out with my hand, that just started but my feet been ailing me for at least a year. something wrong
As per my clinical experience, the swollen feet and hands do indicate - Poor peripheral circulation in terms of blood circulation returning to heart - Heart disease - Liver disorder - Medication side effects such as Amlodipine (anti-hypertensive) - Kidney problems
