What Causes Swollen Feet And Numbness/tingling From Arm To Fingers?

hi, i'm a 52 yr.old white male in good health, active exercise 3/4 times per wk. lately my feet have been swelling on me. it will come and go throughout the day. also having numbness and tingling in left arm down to fingers. have had two neck surgeries with fusion at c3 c4 c5 c6. also feeling a little fatigue.
