What Causes Swollen Finger/wrist/ankles/joints?

Hi I am 28 years old, 5'6", 158lbs. Yesterday I woke up feeling like I had been in a car accident (I hadn't). My fingers, wrist, ankles are swollen and all of my joints are stiff and sore. The only other symptom I have is fatigue. I thought it might be dehydration and have been consuming as much water as I can but it isn't helping. Aleve hasn't relieved any of the pain or stiffness.
