What Causes Swollen Foot And Ankle Along With Sinus Headache?

Hi I am a 41 yr old female. Overnight my left foot and ankle has swollen 3x s the normal size, and swelling has slowely gravitated up towards my knee. I ve already taken some of my mother n laws water pills,(2)---and now I m starting to get what feels like a sinus headache. Whats wrong with me?

it may be peripheral obstruction.diuretic can decrease the swelling. at night left foot can be raised with a pillow. it is not linked to sinus head ache. it is separate . might be having migraine. can take tab migrainil one tablet to start with and increase upto 6tablet till all symptoms are improved.have a general checkup and get all investigation done.
