What Causes Swollen Foot And Fatigue When Diagnosed With Atrial Fibrillation?

HI. I am recently diagnosed with afib. My feet are swelling and I get very sleepy and fatigued during the day. I am also diabetic. I have gained 15 pounds from nowhere in the past 3 weeks. I also suffer from psoriatic arthritis and am having a flare up right now. So I don t know where to start to get some relief. I do have an appointment coming soon to discuss the possibility of ablation for the afib. How can I get started NOW to get my weight down, get rid of the fluid and prepare myself for this procedure!

It is not related to atrial fibrillation.

If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan.
