What Causes Swollen Fordyce Spots?

Hi. I have had fordyce spots for a few years now. A few times a tried to squeeze one like a pimple and it caused it to kind of come through the skin. Now a few days ago I squeezed it again and now it is swollen very red a little purple and a tiny bit of puss like substance came out. It hurts to touch. What do u think happened?

thank you for query.it appears that you have traumatized and infected the spots.maintain hygiene.use topical antibiotics for now.if it does not resolve please consult doctor for further diagnosis and treatment.
