What Causes Swollen Foreskin After Having Intercourse?

My foreskin has swelled up after sexual intercource and I was worried that my penis was blocked so I mastubated, the usual thing happened and I went to the toilet afterwards. My foreskin has had a tendency of getting cuts for as long as I remember, is there anything I should do or should I just get my foreskin removed?

Hi
Swelling of foreskin of penis after sexual intercourse is known as paraphimosis. The cuts in foreskin are unpleasant and painful of course. If the condition is frequent then it is better to get it removed. The procedure is circumcision. However, if you want to defer the procedure, then it would be better to apply clotrimazole cream at least twice a week. It is also a good practice to apply lubricant prior to the intercourse to avoid injury.
By taking these precautions, you can avoid cuts and swelling and enjoy your sexualy life without interruption.
