What Causes Swollen Frown Lines Around The Eyes Post A Skull Injury?

My 39 year old daughter had skull trauma 10/29. Concussion signs showed up three weeks later. Being cared for by a neurologist who we re seeing tomorrow. Post concussion syndrome symptoms still very prevalent at this point. Tonight noticed puffiness and swelling over and under eyebrow and two distinct frown lines between eyes. Is this something that should require immediate attention?

hello,
please consult a neuro surgeon and take ct brain to ruleout any space occupying lesion. may be subdural hemorrhage. treatment medical or surgical according to findings.
