Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your query it seems like you have symptoms of Apthous Stomatitis leading to inflammation of mucous membranes inside the mouth along with formation of apthous ulcers and inflammation of lymph nodes..
It can occur due to a number of reasons like Stress, Dry mouth, Nutritional Deficiency of iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid, burning with hot food or chemicals, physical injury with sharp teeth or dentures, increased level of blood sugar, oral infection etc..
Nothing to worry, consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and treatment of underlying cause can resolve the inflammation..
As of now gargle with numbing mouthwash, take Ibuprofen for reducing pain and inflammation, do cold water gargles and suck ice pops.
Avoid acidic and spicy foods.
Drink plenty of water ..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
