I think you are talking about
sulfa medicines that you are intolerant about.
Swelling on one side of neck on having excessive wine can be due to the following reasons:
Submandibular
salivary gland on that particular site can get inflamed causing all such a problem secondary to inflammatory effect.
Another reason could be enlarged lymp nodes.
This can be diagnosed by the following.
High resolution
ultrasonography and FNAC if the
lymph node is seen to be enlarged.
Tests of blood and urine.
A course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medication.
If not effective, surgical excision.
This will help to get rid of the disease and get an appropriate his to pathological diagnosis.
This does not look
sulpha related as wine does not contain sulfa.
