What Causes Swollen Groin After Experiencing Stomach Upset?

i am a female my groin area is swollen. it has been like this for about a year but now is getting bigger. it hurts when i touch it like a lighting pain goes through it. my lower back at times hurt and in the last couple of weeks i have had a upset stomach. sometimes the pain goesl down my leg.
