i am 45 yo white female smoke a pk of cigarettes in 3 days for 2 years i experienced swollen hands not noticeable but feel tight rings tight warm feeling all over chest heaviness as if anxious at same time red flushed skin going up both forearms bilat' elbows warm red and edemedous lasted hour but still have palms pins and needles discomfort between chest and diaphragm eyed appear swollen lower lids my swallowing is not difficult but different bilat calf muscles tight have had charlie horses last few days
