What Causes Swollen In Lid After Using Contact Lens?

I accidentially rinsed my contact lense in a solution that had hydrogen peroxide in it and i put it in my eye and as soon as it started to burn i took it out. I rinsed my eye out with water for 10 minutes and it was fine but just really irritated. I bought bausch and lomb advanced eye relief an its helped a bit but my eye lid is swollen what should i do?

Hello
The swollen eyelid is because of the effect of irritation caused by hydrogen peroxide asyou have put contact lens soaked in hydrogen peroxide.
The treatment is by thorough eye wash and use of antibotic eye drops and artificial tears.
The use of contact lenses should be avoided till the symptoms are relieved.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and prescription of drugs.

Thank you
