What Causes Swollen Knee And Painful Leg?

My left knee is swollen a little and i have a unbearable pain my whole leg. Have slight headache. Feel like little high temperature. I took One 500ml Aspirin and a pain killer which i don't know the name. Gave it to me from the pharmacy. Please help me
