What Causes Swollen Knot On Bicep When Diagnosed With Stage IV Hodgkin S Lymphoma?

My 15yr old son was diagnosed with stage IV Hodgkins Lymphoma in 2014. His last two CT scans in January and April showed no new signs of cancer. Today he has a swollen knot (or lymph node) on his inner bicep area. He also claims that it is painful to touch

Hello there. Its likely to be a lymph node. Since he has pain he probably has lymphadenitis which is an inflamation / infection of the area. kindly see your physician and get the area examined. Take care.
