What Causes Swollen Labia After The Intercourse?

I had sex with my boyfriend this morning and ever since then the lips of my vagina have become swollen and it slightly itches. I recently had a UTI a few weeks ago and took medicine for it, but still had some symptoms afterwards. Does this have anything to do with it and what should I do now?
