What Causes Swollen Labia And Upper Stomach While Suffering From Chest Cancer?

Not only is the labia minora swollen but so is the left lower quadrant of my stomach. I also have cancer which is basically confined to my upper chest area. I don't know if there is any corrolation or not. I do know that this is not sexually related since I haven't done that for 3 years.
