What Causes Swollen Labia During 11 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I am 34 years old and I m 11 weeks pregnant. For the past 3 days the side of my labia has been extremely swollen, hard, and very painful. It started as a small bump and has progressed into something much worse. What has caused this and what should I do??

it s not related to pregnancy. it can be glandular invovment. to know exactly what it is is requered local examination. it may requere warm phomantation and anticceptic douching, can take systemic antibiotic and analgesiclike combiflam and ezythrocin 500mg for 6days.
