You are experiencing the side effects of the medicine you took. Clarithromycin is a macrolide antibiotic, you have allergy to it. Avoid taking this medicine.
Since you have taken the medicine for three days, the medicine may take 7-10 days to get flushed out of your body. You are suggested to report to your treating doctor. In case you need urgent medical aid contact him or get admitted in the ER.
In the meantime take plain water frequently to detox. Take fresh fruits and veggies to detox. Avoid non-water beverages, including coffee and tea. Cut on salt intake and take food rich in antioxidant and eat foods high in prebiotics.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
