General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms like bloating, itchy skin, loss of appetite, not being able to eat anything is indicative of liver dysfunction. She has a history of Hepatitis C. Since she vomited blood, she needs urgent clinical examination it is indicative of portal hypertension. She may need urgent medical support to get bleeding under control.

Swelling and pain foot is commonly due to water retention, she should limit the salt intake, stay active. Let her continue to take the prescription medicines. Take boiled food. Avoid spicy, oily food. She should stay adequately hydrated and take quality sleep. Get her treated at the earliest. To get ease from bloating she should take antacid and PPIs.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
