What Causes Swollen Legs?

Hi there, yesterday i was subject to extremely bad sunburn all over my body. Scince then ive been quite shakey and feel slightly dizzy and light headed. One of my legs has swollen up and i am unable to put any pressure on it at all and it goes through phases of having pins and needles. Im getting quite worried what should i do?
