General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Yes, your symptoms are due to chemical poisoning. Should see your doctor as soon as possible as might require immediate medical assistance to prevent further more serious complications. Until you see your doctor, do take a glass of whole milk.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
